Office Manager / Co-owner

Julie keeps the business running smoothly and ensures clients have an excellent experience from the first call. She brings a strong background in leadership, organization, and problem-solving to the company, skills she honed during her 23 years of military service.

Military Background

Julie retired in 2023 as a Military Intelligence Chief Warrant Officer 3 and now channels that same dedication and precision into helping families feel confident throughout the home inspection process.

Education is Key

Education has always been important to Julie. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas State University and went on to complete her MBA at American Military University, giving her a strong foundation in both communication and business operations.

Outside of Work

Julie is passionate about serving her community. She is a board member for the Exceptional Georgetown Alliance, an active member of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, and is involved in the R.O.C.K. ROV Program, which supports veterans and active-duty service members through equine-assisted activities.

Outside of work and community service, Julie is married to her husband and business partner, Jesse. Together they’re raising two kids, Avery and Cooper, and enjoy family time, outdoor adventures, and supporting their local community.
