Bryan Zannotti - 25901

 Originally from La Crosse, Wisconsin, Bryan studied percussion performance and economics at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse before moving to Austin in 2013 to pursue his passion for professional music. Over the years, he’s played with artists such as Wade Bowen and John Baumann, recorded his own Christmas album (ZaNaughty List), currently working on another album, and continues to share his love of music through live performances, teaching private lessons, and playing in his church band. 

 In 2022, Bryan shifted his attention to another passion: helping families feel confident about one of the biggest investments of their lives. He began his career at Guided Inspections as an apprentice, worked his way up to Real Estate Inspector, and in January 2025 earned his license as a Professional Inspector. Known for his calm presence, clear communication, and dedication to detail, Bryan makes the inspection process less stressful and more informative for every client he serves. He is very detailed and personable.
